To download grids to excel or word simply click on the type of download that you would like. Once you have chosen a download, depending on the web browser that you are using you will be asked to Open, Save, or Cancel the download. If you choose "Open" the excel document will open directly into the web browser for you to view. If you choose the option "Save" you will be asked where you would like to save the document.
Note: By choosing "Open" the document has not been saved to your computer, if you wish to save the document you need to first save the document by going to "File" -> "Save As" to save the document to your local machine.
